I wanted a second can for the tumble polisher I talked about in my last post, but I didn’t have any more Chock full o’Nuts cans laying around. So I decided to make a printable version.

Also, I found that with a heavier load in the polisher, the flexure on the free roller can flexy a bit too much. I just made a stiffer flexure version, but since I also decided to share the design online, I also designed a more rigid variant.

My polisher currently has 30 or so hours of run time and seems to be holding up, so I figured I’d share
